Material, dimensions and testing standards

Material

Body: Carbon steel fabrication as per ASTM A-106 GR B SCH 40 / 30.
Lining: PFA as per ASTM D3307, PP as per ASTM D4101, PVDF as per ASTM D3222, HDPE as per ASTM D3350.
Filter: Pure PTFE as per ASTM D4894.

Dimensions

Pipe dimensions as per ANSI B36.10.
Flange dimensions as per ANSI B16.5, Class 150.
Lining and dimensional tolerances as per ASTM F1545.
Lining thickness: 3 mm to 6 mm.

Testing

100% visual and dimensional check.
100% spark test at 15 KVDC.
100% hydro test at 29 Kg/cm2 hold for 3 minutes as per ASTM F1545.
100% lining thickness check (>80% of flaring thickness).
