Lined Elbow 45° / 90°
Our PTFE lined elbow is available in sizes ranging from 25 mm to 300 mm in diameter, with lining thickness from 3 mm to 8 mm depending on size. Each elbow is designed with one fixed flange and one loose (rotating) flange for ease of installation. Standard flange thickness follows ANSI standards with 150#, 300#, and DIN rotating flanges in diverse materials. Vent holes for leakage detection are standard, and the design aligns with ASTM F1545 standards for plastic-lined pipes and fittings. Lining options include PTFE, PP, PVDF, HDPE, and antistatic PTFE.

- Elbow dimensions as per ANSI B36.10.
- Flange dimensions as per ANSI B16.5, Class 150.
- Lining and dimensional tolerances as per ASTM F1545.
- Lining face thickness maintained at minimum 80% of liner wall thickness.
Testing
- 100% visual and dimensional check.
- 100% spark test at 15 KVDC.
- 100% hydro test at 29 kg/cm2 for 3 minutes, as per ASTM F1545.
- 100% lining thickness check (>80% of flaring thickness).
