Lined Equal / Unequal Tee
Our PFA lined tee is available in sizes ranging from 25 mm to 300 mm in diameter, with lining thickness varying from 3 mm to 8 mm depending on the size. It features a robust outer shell made of carbon steel or stainless steel for structural strength, while the internal surface is lined with high-performance fluoropolymers such as PTFE, PFA, or FEP to provide exceptional chemical resistance and a non-reactive flow path. These lined tees are widely used in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and fertilizer industries, where handling acids, alkalis, solvents, and hazardous fluids is common. It is manufactured in compliance with standards such as ASTM F1545

- Pipe as per ANSI B36.10.
- Flange as per ANSI B16.5, 150#.
- Lining and other dimensional tolerance as per ASTM F1545.
- Lining thickness: 3 mm to 8 mm.
Testing
- 100% visual check and dimensional check.
- 100% spark test at 15 KVDC.
- 100% hydro test at 29 kg/cm2, holding for 3 minutes, as per ASTM F1545.
- 100% lining thickness check (>80% of flaring thickness).
