Introduction

Our PFA lined tee is available in sizes from 25 mm to 300 mm diameter, with lining thickness from 3 mm to 8 mm depending on size. It features a robust outer shell made of carbon steel or stainless steel for structural strength, with internal PTFE/PFA/FEP-type fluoropolymer lining to deliver exceptional chemical resistance and a non-reactive flow path. These lined tees are widely used in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals and fertilizer industries, and are manufactured in compliance with ASTM F1545.

Material

Body: Steel fabrication ASTM A 106 GR.B, SCH 40; cast steel ASTM A216 Gr. WCB.
Flange: ASTM A-105 / IS 2062 GR.A.
Lining: PFA as per ASTM D3307, PP as per ASTM D4101, PVDF as per ASTM D3222, HDPE as per ASTM D3350.

Dimensions

Pipe dimensions as per ANSI B36.10.
Flange dimensions as per ANSI B16.5, Class 150.
Lining and dimensional tolerances as per ASTM F1545.
Lining thickness: 3 mm to 8 mm.

Testing

100% visual and dimensional check.
100% spark test at 15 KVDC.
100% hydro test at 29 Kg/cm2 hold for 3 minutes, as per ASTM F1545.
100% lining thickness check (>80% of flaring thickness).
