Lined Pipe Spool

Our lined pipe spool assemblies are designed for corrosive process transfer with reliable sealing and long service life. Available from 25 mm to 300 mm diameter, they are manufactured to ASTM F1545 and offered with PTFE plus optional PP, PVDF, HDPE, and antistatic PTFE liner options.

Material specifications, dimension standards and testing standards

Material

Pipe: Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe as per ASTM A 106 GR.B, SCH 40 (up to 6 inch) and ASTM A 106 GR.B, SCH 20 (above 6 inch).
Flange: ASTM A-105 / IS 2062 GR.A.
Lining: PTFE (ASTM D4895), PP (ASTM D4101), PVDF (ASTM D3222), and HDPE (ASTM D3350).

Dimensions

Pipe dimensions as per ANSI B36.10.
Flanges as per ANSI B16.5, 150 Class.
Length tolerance of piping: plus/minus 3.2 mm; lining and dimensional tolerance as per ASTM F1545.
Lining face thickness: 80% of minimum liner wall thickness.

Testing

100% visual check.
100% dimensional check.
100% spark test at 15 KVDC.
100% hydro test at 29 Kg/cm2 holding for 3 min, as per ASTM F1545.
