Introduction

PTFE Envelope Gaskets are manufactured using high-quality Virgin PTFE or Filled PTFE as the outer jacket material, combined with suitable filler inserts to achieve optimum sealing performance for different industrial applications. The insert material can be selected as per operating conditions and may include Silicone Rubber, EPDM, Neoprene, Natural Rubber, Graphite, Ceramic Fiber, Non-Asbestos Fiber, SS304, or SS316 inserts. These MOC combinations provide excellent chemical resistance, temperature stability, flexibility, compression recovery, and leak-proof sealing under demanding process conditions. PTFE Envelope Gaskets with customized material combinations are widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, petrochemical, and engineering industries to ensure reliable and long-lasting sealing performance.
