PTFE Extruded Rods: Our PTFE Extruded Rods are manufactured through precision extrusion processes to ensure accurate dimensions, smooth surface finish, excellent electrical insulation, and long service life. These industrial PTFE rods are widely used for manufacturing valves, gaskets, insulators, chemical-resistant components, and engineering parts. PTFE Extruded Rods offered by us are available in diameters ranging from 3 mm to 100 mm (standard) and lengths of 900 mm to 1000 mm (standard).
PTFE Moulded Rods: We manufacture high-quality PTFE Moulded Rods using premium-grade Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material and advanced compression moulding technology. These rods offer excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature performance, low friction coefficient, non-stick properties, and superior mechanical strength, making them ideal for machining components, seals, bushes, bearings, and industrial applications.
Application and service highlights
PTFE moulded rods are preferred for larger diameter solid stock where compression moulding provides the required section size and stability. They are used for machining heavy-duty bushings, insulators and corrosion resistant components for industrial service.
