Our PTFE lined pipes range from 25mm to 600mm in diameter, reaching lengths up to 6000mm depending on diameter. Each pipe is designed with one fixed flange and one loose (rotating) flange for ease of installation, with optional jacketing in various metals (Carbon steel, SS 304, SS 316). Custom orders can be accommodated with optional metal pipe thicknesses such as S10, S20, S40, and S80. Standard flange thickness follows ANSI standards, offering 150#, 300#, and DIN rotating flanges in diverse materials. Vent holes for leakage detection are standard, and our design aligns with ASTM F1545 international standards for plastic-lined pipes and fittings. A variety of lining options are available beyond PTFE, including PP, PVDF, HDPE, and Antistatic PTFE lined pipes.
